I am doing the same thing that the saints do for me when I ask them to pray with me to Jesus... to join their prayers to mine, en route to Christ. Since they're closer to Him than I am, it actually makes even more sense for them to pray for me, than for my earthly friends to pray for me.
We've all been there. Everything seems to happen at the worst times and all at once. Though we cannot always prevent the poorly timed questions and spilled dinners, we can prepare for Life Nights so that the food on the ground doesn't seem as stressful.
Worship becomes a prayer that we sing over our lives and sing over our hearts. Any place we are at in our spiritual journey, worship can speak the truth of God’s love and God’s mercy when we most need to hear it. Here are 10 worship songs to amp up your prayer this month.

As a Catholic, how should I respond? How can I help see good in this? How can I help be good in this?
It’s no coincidence for us as Catholics that this trying time comes during our season of Lent. We gave God our hearts on Ash Wednesday, asking Him to purify us of our worldly desires. We gave up cookies, or maybe social media, gossip, or TV. Did we intend to give up everything else COVID has thrown on there? ...probably not. But it’s here. And it’s out of our control. So what do we do about it?
No one saw it coming how addictive these little machines would be (except the people that designed them like slot machines). They SHOULD have seen it coming but didn’t. Now there’s really nothing left to do but to figure out how to get ourselves out of this hole.
Listening to songs, memorizing short prayers, and keeping Saints’ quotes around my room are the three main ways in which I respond to many challenges I face and continually give complete control back to Jesus.
