Facilities Manager
The Facilities Manager serves as the operational leader of the camp’s physical property, ensuring that every building, guest space, utility, road, trail, activity area, and piece of equipment consistently reflects Life Teen’s commitment to excellence, stewardship, and radical hospitality. Working in close partnership with the Director of Facilities, the Facilities Manager transforms long-term facilities strategies into daily operational excellence by overseeing maintenance operations, coordinating repairs, leading preventative maintenance efforts, and ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and prepared to support every aspect of camp ministry.
Director of Facilities
The Director of Facilities serves as the chief steward of the physical campus, ensuring that every building, utility system, road, trail, activity area, and piece of infrastructure is strategically maintained, continually improved, and positioned to support the mission of Life Teen. Working in close partnership with the Camp Director, the Director of Facilities translates ministry vision into physical reality by developing long-term property strategies, leading capital improvement projects, overseeing major infrastructure systems, and building a culture of proactive stewardship throughout the Facilities Team.
Assistant Facilities Manager
The Assistant Facilities Manager serves as an essential member of the Facilities Team by helping ensure the camp property remains safe, welcoming, functional, and prepared to support every aspect of Life Teen’s ministry. Through excellence, stewardship, and preventative maintenance, this role helps create environments where young people, missionaries, volunteers, and guests can encounter Jesus Christ through the radical hospitality of Life Teen.
Hidden Lake Camp Director
Responsible for the overall mission and operation of Life Teen Camp Hidden Lake to ensure the camp is serving the mission of Life Teen. Ensure that summer camp and all activity at the camp facility is deeply rooted in prayer and community so that the camp will be more than a site or facility; it will be home and a lighthouse.
Advancement Database Coordinator
The Advancement Database Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all donations coming into Life Teen, ensuring proper entry into donor software systems for accounting integrity and up-to-date donor records. This role oversees database management, including tracking of pledges and receivables, and serves as a key point of coordination between financial systems and ministry relationships. Working closely with the Advancement Team, this position helps cultivate and strengthen relationships with donors, staff, and Board members in the ongoing effort to provide funding for all areas of Life Teen.
Part time – Facilities assistant
At Life Teen Camp Covecrest, every role is a called to ministry. The Facilities Assistant supports the Facilities Team by helping maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of camp property. Through assisting with maintenance, landscaping, and activity preparation, this role helps create an environment where guests can encounter Jesus and feel the warmth of radical hospitality.
Facilities Manager – Life Teen Camp Cana
At Life Teen Camp Cana, every role is a calling to ministry. As part of the founding community of our newest camp, the Facilities Manager plays a vital role in shaping and maintaining an environment where guests can encounter Christ. By leading facilities operations, stewarding resources, and fostering hospitality, this role ensures that all spaces at Cana reflect the safety, beauty, and welcome of the Gospel.
Covecrest Guest Relations
Provide a welcoming voice to guests visiting Covecrest, as well as organize details for retreats and financials for Covecrest.
Events Registration Intern – Summer 2027
As an Events Registration Intern, you will work closely with our events team to ensure smooth registration operations for our various events. You will be assisting with all event registration needs including answering participant questions, sorting necessary event documents, and learning how to manage event registrations within a Catholic non-profit.
