A summer of community, formation, service, and deepening your relationship with the Lord. Life Teen Summer Camp strives to create a place where Christ can be encountered through parish based discipleship. As a summer missionary, you will have a major role in a teens experience at camp whether you are on summer staff or service crew. You can expect to see countless teens come to know the Lord and lives changed, including yours.

Every summer missionary commits to glorifying God through the Life Teen Missions Rule of Life for the summer.
“The purpose of our rule of life is to root our lives in Christ Jesus. By providing the foundational pillars for a culture of “missionary discipleship” this rule of life will allow our communities to embrace a lifestyle of dying to self and living in the Spirit. Obedience to this rule of life leads us to form certain Christ-like habits, transforming us into witnesses of the Gospel regardless of age, location, or state in life.”
First and foremost, you are answering Christ’s call to build up His Kingdom on earth. Throughout the summer, you will lead middle and/or high school teens closer to Christ through service, relationship, and prayer. You are joining the mission of Life Teen Summer Camps to create an environment for teens to meet Jesus Christ and develop a discipleship relationship with Him.
As a missionary, you are also responding to Christ’s invitation to deepen your personal relationship with Him and experience ongoing spiritual formation. You will be part of a mission community that together lives a structured and sacramental prayer life, supports one another in common mission, and holds each other accountable. You must be one year removed from high school and at least 18 years old to apply.

Service crew is the behind-the-scenes team that serves in a variety of roles around camp. Service crew positions are full summer roles with the exception of just graduated high school seniors.
From cooking meals in the kitchen, to keeping the grounds looking clean, and much more in between, service crew is a great opportunity to dive deeper as a summer missionary in a teamwork-oriented, humbling, fulfilling role.
Service crew is now open to anyone who is 18 years old at the time of camp. Those who just graduated high school or recently turned 18 are invited to apply for hospitality, kitchen, or facilities at Covecrest, Hidden Lake, or Cana.

Are you passionate about serving the church as a photographer, videographer, or social media story teller? Join us this summer in sharing the joy of the Gospel and documenting the many ways Christ is made present at summer camp! You will be mentored by passionate Catholic creatives on fire for glorifying the Lord through their gifts and talents. Media internships are paid positions with an opportunity to increase compensation through fundraising.

Do you thrive running slides or in the details of excel sheets? One of these internships could be just what you’re looking for! A/V and Office internships are paid positions with an opportunity to increase compensation through fundraising. Positions are available at all camps.

A vital part of Life Teen Summer Missions is inviting people to join you as mission partners; they will support you spiritually and financially through prayers and donations. No mission is successful without support; not only will camp be covered with intercession, but you will also be including individuals and families in the mission.

The legendary retreat for past Life Teen summer missionaries, the annual John 15 retreat is unforgettable. This year’s retreat will be held at Camp Covecrest December 18-21, 2026! Reconnect with God through prayer, worship, and general/breakout sessions. Recognize what it means to truly abide, disciple, and persevere.
