Edge is designed for teens in middle school. At this point in their lives, they’re on the edge of a lot of life decisions in school and also in their faith. It’s usually at this point that they’re about to go through Confirmation or enter into high school.
To use your complimentary Life Teen Training Conference Registration credit, please email Max Kreslins, Events Registration Coordinator, at mkreslins@lifeteen.com.
Each subscription is good for 1 year from the date that payment is received. Subscriptions are available for purchase year round.
Parish coaches are included in all levels of subscriptions to support you as a subscriber including onboarding, navigating challenges, and praying for you and your ministry. They’re here to help you with scheduling, finding ideas for core teams, ideas for nights and semesters, and more! Once you subscribe, a parish coach will be assigned to you and will reach out with their availability for a video call or phone meeting. Life Teen, Edge, and Kickstart boxes usually ship around the middle of the month in February for summer content, June for fall content, and October for spring content.
Additionally, all content is available online on the 1st of the month that it’s set to ship.

At this time, we have numerous Life Teen and Edge resources translated into Spanish (Spain) that are available on our online resources platform. We also have all 24 sessions of Purpose written in Spanish for Confirmation.

Yes! If you’re wanting to purchase a subscription and have your parish invoiced, you can do so online. When you come to the payment page, simply choose “bill to parish” and follow the instructions on your confirmation email.
If you want to have your parish invoiced for items from our store, you will need to email your order to store@lifeteen.com or call Claire at 800-809-3902 x154. Invoices are sent out in 1-3 weeks.
Please allow 1–3 business days to process your order before it is handed off to our shipping partners, UPS or USPS. The shipping time estimate selected at checkout begins once the carrier has your package. We are not responsible for late arrivals, and shipping costs are non-refundable. International shipments may be subject to additional custom fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Adding preorder items to your cart will cause all of your items to be shipped together once the preorder items arrive at our warehouse. If you need in-stock items sooner, please place two orders so we can ensure quicker delivery.
If you are purchasing a subscription to Life Support, Edge Support, Kickstart, or Purpose that includes boxes of shipped resources, those shipping reports are run separately. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. If you did not receive your tracking information, please contact store@lifeteen.com for additional assistance.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date the package was received to be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund (minus the shipping and handling fees).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Yes, there are scholarships available for teens. The form is available online after registration opens. You can find it by going to our Steubenville Conference page here, selecting the location that you plan on attending, and then finding the scholarship information in the FAQ section. Your parish can be awarded up to two full scholarships.
When registering online, all you need to know is the number of people you are bringing, group leader contact information, and a $50 non-refundable deposit per person. This can be paid via credit card or check by mail.

Login to your account at classy.org/login. Scroll to the bottom of the My Profile tab. Here you will see your active recurring donations listed. Select “cancel” next to the recurring profile and confirm that you would like to cancel your recurring billing. If you would simply like to edit the amount you are giving monthly, please email Sarah Parker Estep on our advancement team, at sparker@lifeteen.com. She will update your giving amount, and this will become effective on the next scheduled billing date of your transaction.
One-time and monthly donations are accepted online at lifeteen.com/donate, via mailed check, and via direct account billing. To set up direct billing, also known as ACH or EFT, we simply need to know name, address, account type, desired giving amount and purpose, and routing and checking account numbers. WHY LIFE TEEN?
