The Steubenville Youth Conferences, an outreach of Franciscan University of Steubenville, are a series of 24 conferences across North America that help teens encounter the love of Christ every summer. Each summer, Life Teen hosts several Steubenville Youth Conferences with the hopes of strengthening and inspiring teens and youth groups in their collective journeys to Christ.
A core mission of Life Teen is to equip parishes to do the hard work, the ongoing day-to-day ministry within the lives of teenagers. Supporting parishes often means meeting you in your needs, questions, and struggles with the hope of creating solutions, sharing inspiration, and celebrating this common mission. One of the premier ways we seek to accomplish this is through the Catholic Youth Ministry Convention.
There are many women who are a vital part of salvation history and their stories are critical parts of Sacred Scripture. This scriptural devotion will inspire young women to raise their heads along with Mary, Martha, Lydia, and Esther and look into the eyes of Jesus, the God who loves deeply and perfectly.
You are going to make thousands of decisions today and one of them might change your life. Are you confident that what you want and what God want are the same thing? Don’t leave it up to chance - leave it in the hands of the Holy Spirit.
The Catholic Teen Bible contains supplementary material to help people understand and navigate Sacred Scripture. The Word of God exists to convict hearts and draw people into the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Edge helps middle schoolers unleash who they were created to be, in Christ.
Life Teen strengthens our teens' Catholic identity, while rooting them firmly in Christ and in His Church.
Simply saying the word “abortion” in a crowded room has the power to elicit a wide and deeply personal range of responses. The issues surrounding legalized abortion are deeply emotional, highly political, and extremely derisive.
But what if there was another way?
What if, as Catholics, we truly understood Christ’s teachings, as passed down to us through the Church? What if we learned how to convey them in a way that was understanding, compassionate, and persuasive? What if we learned how to have a loving discussion rather than a polarizing debate?
This page is dedicated to highlighting the current events, teachings, and lessons surrounding abortion. Here you’ll find helpful videos, Life Nights, and blogs. All free to access and share.
As Catholics, we believe life is worth defending and defending well in charity, truth, and courage. We hope these resources empower you to do just that.

I always struggle to adequately portray the obstacles I was facing and manipulative nature of the relationship in which I had found myself in, but within one week of discovering I was pregnant, I had scheduled an appointment at Planned Parenthood. In that time, I had allowed myself to buy into every lie Satan sold me

If you had asked me seven years ago if I was pro-life, I would have automatically said, “Personally, yes, but politically, I’m pro-choice.” I took the comfortable position, the position that didn’t impose my beliefs on anyone else. I was able to take this stance because I knew nothing about abortion statistics, and because I had two major misconceptions about what it meant to be pro-life

There’s a lot of talk about being pro-life right now. It’s almost like it’s trendy to be pro-life every time January comes around.
However, it’s a lot easier to jump on board with the trending topic on Twitter than it is to live out a controversial moral belief. So how do you live “pro-life”? How do you take the sentiments of January into February and beyond?
What’s the “Jesus way” of dealing with brokenness, sin, and pain? Jesus’ answer to sin and pain is to love the person in front of Him.

On the pro-choice side of the argument, I’ve often heard the statement, “If it’s my body, then it’s my choice.”
