Final drop date for registered parishes. Parishes will be responsible for paying the final balance of all spots held after Jan 17. The change form which indicates the number of spots bought from another parish, sold from another parish, or released back to Life Teen is due no later than this date.
Final Balances are Due. The remaining final balance is due to Life Teen offices. Parishes can pay by credit card or check.There is a $15 per spot late fee per month that the balance remains unpaid.
All Paperwork is Due. All liability forms, adult safe environment compliance forms, and ordinary/provincial forms for any priests or religious traveling with your group.
Life Teen camp is for high school teens- those teens entering 9th grade in Fall 2018 to those who will have graduated in the Spring of 2018.
EDGE camp is for middle school youth-those entering 6th grade in Fall 2018 to those who will have graduated 8th grade in the Spring of 2018.
We require a gender-specific 1:8 adult to teen ratio (1 male adult for every 8 male campers, 1 female adult for every 8 female campers). A priest or religious who cannot sleep in the bunks with teens cannot count as a chaperone. Each adult must be at least 21 years old and ‘Safe Environment’ trained through your diocese. Each group must have one group leader who will receive all communication from our Camps Team.
