The most legendary retreat of the year! John 15 is for all past Life Teen Summer Missionaries, no matter what year you served.
Come spend 4 days with old friends and new to reconnect with God through prayer, worship, and general/breakout sessions as we break open the scripture of John 15.
Schedule
On Tuesday, December 16th, check in will take place between 4 and 6 pm. The retreat will begin with dinner at 6 PM and opening session at 7 PM. There will be check in available for late arrivals until 10:30 PM. If you cannot arrive by 10:30 PM on Tuesday, please wait until Wednesday morning. Shuttles from the Atlanta airport to Camp Hidden Lake will be available for $10 and will leave the terminal at 2:00 PM. In order to take the shuttle, flights must land in Atlanta by 1:30 PM.
The retreat will end with lunch at noon on Friday, December 19th, and a shuttle will again be provided from camp to the airport, leaving as soon as possible. It is recommended that you do not schedule flights that leave Atlanta before 5:00 PM.
Pricing
The optional round-trip shuttle to and from the Atlanta airport is available for an additional $10. The one-time fee covers both the trip from the airport and back to the airport.
For those that met their 2025 Fundraising MINIMUM goal, the retreat is $1.00. For those that didn’t, the retreat is $200.00. You will receive an email from the summer camps team before registration if this applies to you. We hope to see you all at camp in December, but ask that you register once you have confirmed you can actually attend. There are several costs associated with each registration and we want to be good stewards of the funds allotted for this retreat. Below, you will find the cancellation policy. There is a larger financial commitment for any cancelled registrations.
Cancellation Fees:
You must complete a liability form in order to participate in the retreat. You will need to know basic information including health insurance information but the form should only take you a couple minutes. Instructions to access paperwork can be found in your registration confirmation email.
