GET A LOCAL PASS FOR CYMC

Tuesday, June 9, 2026 | Arizona Grand Resort | Phoenix, AZ

JOIN US FOR THE DAY

For the first time, the Catholic Youth Ministry Convention is offering a limited Local Pass option for local ministry leaders, volunteers, parish staff, and adults who want to experience CYMC without attending the full conference. Join us for the XLT evening session on Tuesday, June 9th, or add on the full day on-site. This is an opportunity to encounter the heart of CYMC and receive formation, encouragement, and practical tools for ministry.

CYMC exists to strengthen the Church by strengthening the people who serve teens, and we want to make that more accessible for those nearby.

Priests and seminarians attend CYMC for free. Simply indicate you are a priest or seminarian when you register and your registration fee will be waived.

Why We’re Offering a Local Pass

We know many people in the Phoenix area (or nearby) want to experience CYMC without needing to stay on-site for the full conference.

The CYMC Local Pass is designed to make CYMC more accessible to local ministry leaders, parish staff, volunteers, clergy, and adults serving teens who are close enough to commute in for part of the event while still participating meaningfully in the conference experience.

Every Local Pass begins with evening access and conference credentials, with the option to customize your experience by adding daytime programming, meals, or resort access.

Local Passes are especially ideal for:

  • Local youth ministers and parish staff
  • Core members and volunteers
  • Parents and adults serving teens
  • Seminarians, clergy, and campus ministers
  • Ministry leaders looking for practical formation and renewal

Even if you are not staying at the resort or attending the full conference, we would love to welcome you into the CYMC experience.

An Intentional Conference Experience

This year, all attendees—including evening guests—must be registered and credentialed to attend any portion of CYMC, including XLT.

This allows us to:

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for all participants
  • Ensure proper access to resort and conference spaces
  • Better steward the experience for attendees
  • Build meaningful relationships with those we serve
  • Create a more intentional and connected conference atmosphere

Every guest will receive an official conference name badge required for entry into sessions and evening events.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue building a conference experience that is welcoming, relational, and safe for everyone involved.

LOCAL PASS PRICE: $50

Your Local Pass is the starting point for attending CYMC on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

Included with every Local Pass is the evening XLT worship experience, conference credentials & name badge, and access to the evening conference atmosphere and gathering experience. Required for all local attendees.

This premier training conference is perfect for any and all adults involved in youth ministry— youth ministers, core members, music ministers, confirmation coordinators, DREs, campus ministers, priests, deacons, seminarians, religious sisters. Basically, something valuable is offered at this event for everyone who works with teens in any capacity. As much as we love teens, this event is for adults only. All participants must be at least 18 years old and graduated from high school in order to attend. Teens who are interested in being leaders and evangelizing their peers should check out our Life Teen Leadership Conference.

We have a limited amount of scholarship money available for youth ministers only. Unfortunately, we do not have funds available for local pass registrants.

Simply indicate you are a priest or seminarian when you register and your registration fee will be waived.
