Relational ministry is the process of forging authentic, Christ-centered connections with teens. These relationships are at the heart of ministry, and they require intentional investment on the part of core members. Relational ministry occurs during Life Nights and other church events, but these can be supplemented by creating opportunities for shared experiences and expressing support outside the parish. Above all, relational ministry requires patience and consistent presence — the willingness to commit to life with teenagers within the church walls and outside of them.
