LIFE TEEN SUMMER CAMP TRANSFER FORM

This form is to used to buy or sell spots *on/after March 1, 2024*. Deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable to the final balance or other Life Teen events or products. A group is responsible for the final balance on all spots held on March 1, 2024. At this time, Life Teen will not adjust the number of spots a group has registered for financial purposes, but will use the information submitted to update each group’s paperwork. All finances must be handled directly between the two groups when buying/selling.
