Some of those were positive ways, but many of us deal with anger by just pushing it down inside of us or ignoring it.

Suddenly, a realization hit me: I’m pretty grumpy. I am really worried. I’m overwhelmed by anxiety right now.
The past becomes our present, and at Mass we look forward to the great wedding feast in heaven.
