JPII wasn’t kidding when he said life with Christ is a wonderful adventure. From my first 22 years growing up in Texas, out to the Queen City in North Carolina as a youth minister, I’ve finally ended up in the middle of the valley in Arizona (and yes, it is a dry heat, but so is an oven). I’ve never met a crossword puzzle, board game, or trivia night that I didn’t like. You can catch me on the weekend cooking up some meal prep, trying a new dessert recipe, or starting some DIY project that promises to make my life easier while making my life harder in the interim.
