How are logins changing? 

Logins are changing from one account per parish accessible to multiple users, to each user having their own login (This includes all Priests, Directors of Religious Education, High school and Middle School Youth Ministers, Core Members, Parents, and Teens). Instead of one parish username with a zip code, each current subscriber will use their email as their username with a personal password. There will be one administrator (Parish Owner) for the parish account who can invite other users from their parish. Permissions will vary based upon the role that is assigned by the administrator. The Parish Owner and Parish Admin roles can invite new people and edit the calendar and its events. The Parish Team Member role can view and download resources, but they are not able to invite new people or create events. Parents and Teens can view the calendar and more on the app.

How do I log in and how can I reset my password?

Once your order is processed or an administration from your parish adds you as a user, you will receive an email from Life Teen with a temporary password which will be active for 14 days. Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to create a new password to begin accessing the resources.

To log in, you’ll head over to resources.lifeteen.com and use the temporary log in to set up your new password.

When I log in, why can I only download some of the materials on the website?
Your parish might only have one active subscription at this time. Login to resources.lifeteen.com and check out your My Account page and click My Subscription on the left menu to see what subscription level your parish is currently subscribed to, along with your expiration date and reach out to our team for more information about renewing at support@lifeteen.com.

How do I access all resources?

Life Support, Edge Support, Liturgy Support, and Purpose Confirmation resources will all be available on the same platform! Based upon what subscription you are subscribed to, you will be able to access and download those specific materials and add them to your calendar with events.

How do I access the Youth Ministry Certificate?

Your parish access code will be the same as it was if you’ve previously logged into the youth ministry certificate. You might remember this as a previous username for the Life Support and Edge Support resources. If you’re still curious, login to resources.lifeteen.com, check out the My Account page at the top right corner, and then select My Subscription on the left menu to find your Subscription ID – this is also your parish access code! Once you’ve acquired your parish access code, each person will create their own unique username and password to log into the video training modules. Where do I go to update my account? How can I change the information over to a new youth minister?

If people need to change roles, they can either swap the contact info themselves on the two accounts or contact us at support@lifeteen.com and we can help.

I’m a parent and need help logging in.

Great question – Let’s start by asking your primary account holder – likely your youth minister – to resend you the invitation with a temporary password to re-log in. Sometimes these emails go to the promotions tab in a gmail account so check there if your email is missing. If there are still any issues, the primary account holder may delete and re-add you as a user to send a new invitation to you to activate. The temporary password will be accessible for fourteen days after the initial invitation and you can set up your new password at resources.lifeteen.com but you can only access content when logged in on the app.

I hear there is an app! How can I access it and what does it provide?

Our app is available for all subscribers, parents, and teens. You can access it through the Apple or Android app store by searching for Life Teen. Once downloaded, you will login with your temporary password that was sent via email. You can then access your parish’s calendar, contacts, and event resources here.
