Requirements:
Be a collaborative team member that provides amazing hospitality to youth and their families. Ensure a safe environment for all middle school Youth Ministry programming. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement religious education for 6th-8th grade Youth during the school year which incorporates the Confirmation preparation program.
Implement and Coordinate summer Middle School programs.
Facilitate Social/Fellowship/Service Gatherings.
Help form and identify potential catechists.
Other duties as assigned.
Our Lady of the Presentation, a dynamic and active parish of 2800+ families, has an opening for a Youth Ministry Coordinator to join our pastoral staff under the direct supervision of the Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry. The Coordinator will support the Director in implementing a comprehensive vision for Youth Ministry at Our Lady of the Presentation Catholic Church. The Youth & Young Adult Ministry will draw young people to the responsible participation in the life, mission, and work of the Catholic faith community. The Youth and Young Adult Ministry will foster their personal and spiritual growth. The Coordinator will most directly implement, connect with, and focus on the Youth in 6th-8th Grade.
