DESCRIPTION

Position includes but is not limited to:

  • Planning of School Masses
  • Planning Class Retreats
  • Coordinating Summer Mission Trip to Washington Pa
  • Providing Advent/Lenten/Spiritual Resources for Students/Families
  • Identifying Daily prayers to begin each school day
  • Overseeing student service hour requirement including identifying meaningful opportunities and tracking student completion toward goals
  • Either reading or identifying weekly Examen
  • Attend Faith-Formation meetings, provide updates to Board of Directors
  • Represent Faith Formation aspect of school at Admission Events
  • Ensure school is taking full advantage of Ignatian Solidarity Network
  • Identify learning/spiritual experiences that align with BC mission to promote student spiritual growth
  • 1:1 meeting with students when appropriate
  • Provide opportunities for students to utilize school chapel
  • Support religion dept. in the classroom as a resource
  • Identify appropriate speakers on faith based topics
