Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:40am-3:30pm

What You’ll Do
Lead a 5th Grade classroom with structure, warmth, and clarity
Create engaging lesson plans that support academic growth
Foster confidence, responsibility, and critical thinking
Build strong communication with families
Collaborate with fellow educators in a faith-centered environment
What We’re Looking For
Passion for working with upper elementary students
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Teaching experience preferred (traditional or non-traditional pathway welcome)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Comfortable teaching in a religious school setting
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to $38,000 per year
Includes $6,000 health stipend
401(k) Profit Sharing
