LIFE TEEN SUMMER CAMP TRANSFER FORM

This form is for groups to buy or sell spots after the drop deadline of February 27, 2026.

Deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable to the final balance or other Life Teen events or products. A group is responsible for the final balance on all spots held as of February 28, 2026.

To buy or sell spots with another group registered for the same week of camp as you, please have both groups complete the transfer form. We will not process any forms without submission from both groups involved. Life Teen will not reimburse, refund, or exchange paid deposits or final balances between groups. All finances must be handled directly between the two groups when buying/selling. Life Teen will adjust the total number of spots in paperwork to accommodate both groups updated final number of attendees.
