TWO OPTIONS. ONE MISSION.
At our corporate office in Atlanta, we host small, focused training gatherings designed to strengthen youth ministry at every level. Each session is limited to about 15 to 20 participants so you can ask real questions, receive personal guidance, and connect with other leaders who understand the mission.
These trainings are ideal for youth ministers, core members, priests, and parish leaders who want practical formation, renewed confidence, and a clear plan they can bring home to their parish right away.
Life Teen Atlanta Trainings include two pathways: Workshops and MasterClasses.
WORKSHOPS: THE BASICS THAT BUILD STRONG MINISTRY
Workshops are designed to help you establish or reset the foundation of your youth ministry. You will learn the core elements that allow ministry to grow and thrive. Topics include relational ministry, teens and current trends, working within parish structures, collaborating with your pastor, and practical skills for long-term success. You will also gain simple tools and ministry tricks that you can use immediately.
Workshops are perfect for new youth ministers, leaders entering a new parish, or anyone who needs a fresh or solid start.

MASTERCLASSES: TARGETED INTENSIVES FOR GREATER IMPACT
MasterClasses dive deeper into the most crucial areas of youth ministry. These sessions are focused, intensive, and built for leaders who already understand the basics and want to take their ministry further. Topics include parent outreach, forming and sustaining a Core Team, developing teen leaders, and using media and marketing for greater engagement.
MasterClasses help you refine your approach, solve challenges with clarity, and strengthen the heart of your ministry.

Every Atlanta training, whether a Workshop or a MasterClass, provides concrete tools, guided practice, and a clear action plan that you can bring home and implement right away. Our goal is simple: help your parish reach more teens, build stronger relationships, and lead young people into a deeper relationship with Christ.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What does my registration fee include?
Your registration fee includes dinner on the first night, a light breakfast, and lunch on the second day. Each participant will book their own hotel.
How does transportation work?
We are more than happy to transport you to and from the airport/train station and to and from your hotel. This is not included in the cost and can be added up to a week before the event by contacting us at kables@lifeteen.com.
Because it is more intimate, can we bring a large group?
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring as many people as you would like. We have limited the size to provide a more intimate and intentional environment.
Can clergy attend?
Yes, as always, clergy are more than welcome to attend. Thanks to a generous donor, we can cover the cost of registration for any clergy member.

While we don’t have a block of rooms set aside, there are many local hotels available. We recommend:

What time do I need to arrive and depart?
If you are flying in, your flight needs to land at the Atlanta airport no later than 12 pm EST. If you are driving, please arrive at the Life Teen Atlanta office by 2 pm EST. We will finish the training at 3 pm EST on the second day. If you are flying out, please book a flight no earlier than 8 pm EST.
