The Catholic Partner Parishes of St. James and St. Katharine Drexel, along with St. Oscar Romero Parish, are currently seeking a dynamic and faith-filled individual to serve as our Regional Youth Minister.
As we look to strengthen the connection between our communities in Washington County, we are searching for a leader who is passionate about fostering a vibrant faith life among our young people. This is a full-time role dedicated to building community, implementing catechetical programs, and providing spiritual formation for our youth.

The Vision for this Role. The Regional Youth Minister will be a “bridge-builder” across our parishes, responsible for:
Accompaniment: Guiding teens as they grow in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ and the Church.
Program Leadership: Co-planning weekly gatherings, semester retreats, and meaningful service opportunities.
Active Worship: Encouraging youth participation in the liturgy and spiritual life of the parishes.
Pastoral Support: Providing a supportive presence for both students and their families.

We are seeking a candidate with a heart for evangelization and the leadership skills necessary to manage a multi-parish ministry. The ideal candidate should be someone who thrives on building relationships and has a desire to mentor the next generation of disciples.
