Position Summary:
As an Events Registration Intern, you will work closely with our events team to ensure smooth registration operations for our various events. You will be assisting with all event registration needs including answering participant questions, sorting necessary event documents, and learning how to manage event registrations within a Catholic non-profit.

Essential Ministry Functions / Responsibilities:

• Answer high volume of phone calls and emails in joyful, customer-service and mission-oriented fashion.
• Forward any necessary phone calls & emails to Events Registration Coordinator.
• Collecting, compiling, and maintaining Safe Environment forms from parishes.\
  • Prepare & collate Safe Environment Binders for necessary conferences.
• Collecting, compiling, and maintaining Letters of Good Standing for each conference.
  • Prepare & collate Letters of Good Standing before each conference.
• Sorting through & organizing name tags before major events & ensure they are in the proper order.
  • Ensuring each name tag has proper food allergy indication.
• Coordinate with venues and group leaders to collate on site housing.
• Participate in events related meetings.
• Participate in weekly staff Holy Hours & office masses.
