DESCRIPTION
The Diocese of Knoxville’s Office of Youth & Young Adult Ministry is seeking a faith-filled bilingual Coordinator of Youth Ministry to oversee and implement diocesan youth programming. This position is responsible for planning and leading diocesan-wide events, retreats, and formation opportunities in both English and Spanish, while intentionally creating pathways for youth to grow as missionary disciples and leaders in their parishes, schools, and communities. The ideal candidate is an organized, collaborative leader with a strong pastoral heart and a passion for forming young people through impactful, well-coordinated programs.
The Office of Youth & Young Adult Ministry of the Diocese of Knoxville exists to form disciples and raise up leaders in the Church. Serving parishes across East Tennessee, our office supports youth and young adult ministry through diocesan events, retreats, formation opportunities, and collaborative partnerships that foster encounter with Christ and growth in faith. Rooted in accompaniment, excellence, and missionary discipleship, we work to equip young people and those who serve them to live out their faith in their parishes, schools, and communities.
