We are seeking a candidate who loves Christ and young people! The candidate should be a joyful Catholic, who can authentically witness the faith through both word and action. Position responsibilities include facilitating Middle School Faith Formation and developing an Edge program. Additionally, the candidate should support our LifeTeen program, assist with Confirmation as needed, and help coordinate summer opportunities.

Terms: Internship/Part-Time = 20hrs/week ($16-19/hr) | August 2026-May 2027
Experience: 0-2 Years/Entry | Education: High School (Must be 18+ years old)

Qualifications:
– Practicing Roman Catholic
– VIRTUS Certified
– Availability for evening and weekend commitments
Knowledge and Skills:
– Strong communication, leadership, and organization
– Collaborative, creative, and mission-driven
– Familiarity with Catholic teaching, theology and tradition
– Ability to lead and facilitate small groups
– Familiarity with youth faith development and engagement
– Social Media, Microsoft Office/Google Suite capabilities preferred

Responsibilities:
– Support Youth Minister and help oversee/facilitate programing:
— Middle School Faith Formation (1st and 3rd Sunday mornings)
— Middle School Edge (1st Wednesday evenings)
— High School Life Teen + Hic Sum (Sunday evenings)
– Support with the following areas as needed:
— High School OCIA (TBD)
— Confirmation (8th grade – 4th grade | Small Group Sessions + Retreats)
— Young Apostles (Sophomore/Junior Leadership Group – Once a month)
– Assist Youth Minister with regular planning and volunteer communications
