Join SPIRITUS Ministries and Lead Youth to Encounter Christ
SPIRITUS Ministries is seeking Catholic young adults to join our missionary team and lead youth into a deeper relationship with Jesus. From mid-August to mid-May, missionaries lead powerful retreats for Catholic youth in elementary, middle, and high school. While gaining professional experience, missionaries also live intentionally in men’s or women’s households, growing in virtue and community.
Who We’re Looking For:
Practicing Catholic who has received all their sacraments
Men and women, aged 20-29
College education or leadership experience is a plus but not required
Openness to grow in public speaking skills
Willingness to build authentic relationships and gain experience working with youth
What SPIRITUS Offers:
No Fundraising – Just focus on the mission!
Comprehensive Support – Food, lodging, and gym membership provided.
Health Coverage – Peace of mind with health benefits for missionaries.
Spiritual Growth – Rich daily prayer routine, including Mass and adoration.
Missionary Discipleship Formation – Monthly spiritual direction, book discussion, and presentations on a variety of topics.
Internship Opportunities – Build valuable skills and ministry experience with an internship in Youth Ministry, Discipleship, or Social Media.
Mentorship – One-on-one guidance to grow in faith and leadership.
$3,000 Stipend – Completion bonus.
$175 Monthly Pay – Stipend for personal expenses.
Ongoing Training in:
Articulating and presenting the faith
Writing and sharing your testimony
Facilitating small groups
