DESCRIPTION
We are looking for someone passionate about Catholic ministry and seeing Christ work in the lives of Catholic young people. The coordinator of campus ministry will work closely with the chaplain in order to:
– Coordinate the preparation for all-school Masses
– Plan and execute grade-level retreats
– Manage mandatory service hours and service opportunities
– Conduct faculty/staff formation
– Build partnerships with local parishes
– Communicate and collaborate with the Diocesan Pastoral Center on pro-life and youth ministry opportunities
Founded in 2011, Christ the King is committed to building a solid Catholic culture in which its students are developed in mind, body, and soul. The Holy See’s Teaching on Catholic Schools is the primary guidebook for the school’s development, and the school’s academic program has found special inspiration in Saint Pope John Paul II’s 1998 encyclical Fides et Ratio.
