DESCRIPTION
Has God placed on your heart a desire to serve the poor and share your faith? At Catholic Mission Trips, Inc., we seek individuals who desire to lead people closer to Christ through music, growing deeper in their faith. The ideal candidate has experience leading praise and worship, is skilled on the guitar or piano and vocally, and has mission trip or youth ministry experience. This position is open for the mission dates listed below and additional weeks are possible.
Compensation Package:
Room and board
Travel expenses while on mission
A weekly stipend of $300 – $400
Responsibilities:
Work on a team of 4-5 to run week-long mission trips
Coordinate liturgy with the priest/chaplain for Daily Mass & Eucharistic Adoration Holy Hours.
Lead worship 3-4 songs for evening program, for Holy Hours, and as needed for ministry throughout the week
Give formation talks
Facilitate small groups
Assist in construction projects
Ensuring safety on the work sites
Create grace-filled environments of fun, games, prayer, and spiritual enrichment for the youth.
Preach the Gospel & share about the mighty works of God in CMT with one’s parish, family, schools, community, workplace, and local business owners to contribute financially

March 16-21 in Baton Rouge, LA
March 23-28 in Baton Rouge, LA
March 30-April 4 in Jenkins, KY
April 6-11 in Jenkins, KY or Gallup, NM
April 13-18 in Punta Gorda, Belize

May 16-August 6, 2025 Summer Missionary Program (Each team serves in about 4 locations of the following: Dominican Republic, Kentucky, North Carolina, Louisiana, Belize, Puerto Rico, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Texas)
