Covecrest Missions Coordinator
As a member of the Missions Leadership Team, the MC oversees the schedules, formation of Covecrest Formation Missionaries, (spiritually, socially-emotionally, & in leadership), while contributing to and strengthening the spiritual and organizational culture of Life Teen Camps/Missions.

Through assisting with maintenance, landscaping, and activity preparation, this role helps create an environment where guests can encounter Jesus and feel the warmth of radical hospitality.

By leading facilities operations, stewarding resources, and fostering hospitality, this role ensures that all spaces at Cana reflect the safety, beauty, and welcome of the Gospel.
