Please follow the instructions below to add or drop spots to your existing Steubenville West registration.

This information should be the same that you registered with for Steubenville West. If it is not the same information, we will not be able to add or remove these spots.

I understand that these spots will be added on or taken off within 2 business days & I will receive a confirmation email when they have been added on or taken off my registration.
I understand that any spots requested to be added or dropped by midnight on that date Eastern Time will be added on at that current rate that they are requested.

Adding Spots

I understand that these spots will be added onto my registration & I will be expected to submit payment for these spots.
By clicking submit, I authorize that these spots deposit or final balance (if today’s date is after June 14th) can be charged to the card on file if I have previously paid with a credit card.
I understand that If I would like to remove these spots from my registration, I will forfeit the $50 deposit per spot.
I understand that a $50 deposit per spot must be received in order to secure my additional spots, and that if I choose not to pay the deposit online, Life Teen must receive a deposit check no later than 2 weeks from the date that these additional spots are added onto my registration.
I understand that these additional deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to the final balance.
I understand that the early bird deadline is March 15th and any additional spots requested after that date will be at the higher rate.
I understand that the regular rate deadline is June 14th and any additional spots requested after this date will be at the late registration rate.
I understand that I will be responsible for paying the balance on all spots that are not dropped by June 14, 2024.
I understand that all final balances for additional spots must be received in the Life Teen offices by June 14, 2024 and that a late fee of $10/spot will be applied to all registrations that are not paid in full by the deadline.
I understand that for all spots registered after June 14, 2024, payment in full must be submitted immediately after the additional spots are added on or late fees will be applied.

Dropping Spots

I understand that these spots will be removed from my registration & I will lose my $50 deposit per spot.
I understand If I have not yet paid my deposit for these spots that I have registered for, I am still expected to submit payment for the $50 deposit per spot.
I understand that the $50 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
I understand that the dropping spots deadline is June 14th. Any spots requested to be dropped after that date, you will be expected to pay the full balance, rather than just the $50 deposit.

Conference Terms

I understand that all participants in my group must submit a completed digital liability form and that we will not be able to pick up tickets for any members of our group until all liability forms have been successfully submitted.
I understand that the conference is for high-school aged youth and that youth participants must be age 18 or younger and incoming freshmen through just graduated seniors.
I understand that I must bring at least 1 chaperone for every 8 youth of the same gender, and that all chaperones must be age 21 or older and in compliance with my diocesan safe environment policies.
