Youth Ministry socials, both on campus and off-campus
Coordination of larger trips, such as Steubenville East Conference and Catholic Heart Work Camp
Fundraising for Youth Ministry
Creating and upkeeping annual budgets
Middle School Ministry
Running bi-monthly EDGE (Middle School) Nights
Coordination of Life Teen EDGE Core Team
Middle School Youth Ministry events
Confirmation Director
Execution and coordination of Confirmation Program
Set and maintain program requirements + teachings
Coordination of Confirmation Catechist Team
Leading Yearly overnight Confirmation retreat
Communication with Parents on program requirements
Coordination of teenagers at all Parish community service events
Record Keeping of Sacraments (Confirmation)
St Michael’s is a parish right outside of Boston, MA, with a Life Teen program that began in 2023. We have teens involved already, and we are looking to get more teens involved and consistently participating in parish life. We have one church, which is rare in the Boston area, with a Life Teen space with games and TVs, a gym, an outdoor fire pit, and plenty of resources to help keep teens engaged. We have 2 full-time priests, both of whom really want to see Life Teen succeed and want to support our Youth Minister. We are looking for a Youth Minister who can reach out to the teens and bring them to the one thing that will make them happy: Jesus Christ Himself, fully present in the Eucharist.
