DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about equipping Catholics with the call to be missionary disciples and restoring hope to communities in need? Catholic Mission Trips, Inc. (CMT) is looking for an individual to manage the daily operations of CMT. This is a part-time, remote position. The ideal Administrative Assistant will be detail-oriented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the initiative to work independently, and be passionate about the mission of CMT. Administrative Assistant responsibilities will include reading and responding to emails daily, answering phone calls and returning messages, maintaining the master schedule and other documents, writing and sending contracts to group leaders, and completing other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Catholic Mission Trips is a non-profit organization with the Christ-centered mission of serving others. We plan and lead mission trips for high school and college groups, providing them with hands-on opportunities to repair broken homes and churches for those in need throughout the United States, as well as spiritual growth in the Catholic faith through frequent reception of the sacraments.
