VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

Steubenville Florida will take place at the Rosen Centre Resort in Orlando, FL on June 27-29, 2025.

We rely on the dedication and generosity of volunteers to make the Steubenville Florida Conference successful. Please prayerfully consider joining us to serve the nearly 1,500 participants that will gather for this life-changing weekend.

Our theme this year is Consume, based on Deuteronamy 4:24, “For the LORD your God is a consuming fire…”

General Volunteer
Security Team (21+)
Prayer Team (21+)
Clinic (licensed medical professional)

If you are interested in volunteering at the conference, please read the details and expectations below and then complete the volunteer interest form.

Please note: Submitting a Volunteer Interest Form does not guarantee acceptance as a volunteer for the conference. A member of our leadership team will respond to all inquiries within a few weeks of receipt.

VOLUNTEER DETAILS & EXPECTATIONS

Volunteers must commit to serving the entire weekend beginning with a Volunteer Mass at 10am on Friday until clean up is complete around 1pm on Sunday.
Volunteers must be compliant with their (Arch) Diocese’s Safe Environment policies and must have a current background clearance.
Volunteers must be at least 19 years old and a minimum of 6 months out of high school at the time of the conference. Prayer Team and Security Team members must be 21 years or older.
Volunteers should understand that their role is not the same as a participant or chaperone – they are there to serve.
Volunteers must wear the designated Steubenville volunteer t-shirt and wristband the entire weekend.
Lodging is not provided. Volunteers have the option to commute or to book hotel rooms at their own expense.
The following meals will be provided for volunteers: Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and Saturday dinner.
While we appreciate the value of each volunteer’s time, if accepted, volunteers will have the opportunity to make an optional donation towards their t-shirt and meals.
