Empower Core Member Trainings are an opportunity to equip youth minister and core members with the tools and techniques that their ministry needs not just to survive, but to thrive. Our goal remains simple: to help parishes lead teens closer to Christ. Join us at one of our trainings happening at parishes around the country!
Designed to set you up for success, Empower Core Member Trainings offer practical training, team building, and fresh content that is hyper-relevant to the current youth ministry landscape.
This year, we’ve hosted a number of Empower Core Member Trainings at parishes around the country. Along with in-person training, all parishes have the opportunity to participate by offering a virtual attendance option.
Our goal is to leave no parish behind and to train as many youth ministers and core members as possible in the skills it takes to start, build, and sustain a youth program.
Will you join us?
No matter where your parish is located, you and your team can participate in the Empower Training. You can gather your team at your parish on a date that works for you, or you could even spread the training out over the course of a few meetings. Whatever works best for you and your team!
We’ve crafted a hybrid event package designed to equip you with the tools you need to lead your team through a training day at your own parish. You’ll watch the pre-recorded training session videos and then engage your team locally with times of prayer, discussion questions, practical exercises, and other elements designed to help your team prepare for the ministry year ahead – all provided with your registration! Access to session videos will be available to registered parishes until January 31st, 2025. You must register before November 11th, 2024.
The best part? The registration fee for Virtual Empower is per parish rather than per person. So no matter how many members you have on your team, you pay a flat rate of $350. This is an affordable, accessible option where you can get your whole team trained on a budget and schedule that works for you! What excuses do you have left?
