Holy Trinity Catholic Church, is seeking a full-time Youth Minister/Director of Life Teen to coordinate and lead dynamic parish programs designed to engage and evangelize youth. The ideal candidate is passionate about forming young disciples of Jesus Christ and fostering their spiritual growth and active participation in parish life.

The Youth Minister works under the direction of the Pastor and in close collaboration with the parish staff, including the Director of Religious Education and Hispanic Ministry Coordinator, to implement a comprehensive youth ministry rooted in the Life Teen model. Responsibilities include planning and leading weekly Life Teen sessions, coordinating Confirmation preparation and retreats, organizing service opportunities, and facilitating participation in diocesan and national youth events such as the Steubenville Conference and Diocesan Youth Conference.

The Youth Minister recruits, trains, and supervises adult Core Team members and ensures all volunteers meet diocesan Safe Environment requirements. They will also collaborate on parish-wide initiatives, maintain accurate sacramental records, and promote parent and family engagement. The role includes responsibility for managing a ministry budget and creating engaging promotional materials across multiple platforms.
