DESCRIPTION
The Assistant Director of Evangelization, Youth and Young Adult Ministry provides vision and coordination for the parish’s dynamic and growing ministry to youth (6th – 12th grades) and young adults (ages 18-35). With an already thriving youth and young adult community, this position is responsible for forming missionary disciples by equipping students and young adults to grow in faith, take ownership of their spiritual lives, and share the Gospel in their daily lives.
This role focuses on building relationships across cultures, creating spaces of encounter, and developing leaders who will continue to expand and sustain this mission. The assistant director will oversee weekly youth and young adult gatherings, leadership development, catechesis, sacramental preparation (Confirmation), and strategic ministry partnerships.
Fluency in English and Spanish (or another second language) is strongly preferred to better serve our diverse and rapidly growing parish community.
