What can I expect from this new delivery update?

We are optimizing our new resource releases so you can get your Life Support and Edge Support resources when you need them. The updated delivery dates ensure you receive your resources on a timeline that supports your planning and preparing. In 2024, we released new Life Support resources in January, May, and September and Edge Support resources in March, August, and November. Beginning in 2025, the new Life Support and Edge Support resources will be released together in February, June, and October. There will also be a special release of Life Support in January 2025 as a bonus for Life Support subscribers!

When do the new resources appear online?

Newly released resources for Life Support and Edge Support will be available on resources.lifeteen.com to view and download February 1, June 1, and October 1. 

When do the resources arrive in the mail?

Newly released resources will ship out from our fulfillment center the second week of February, June, and October to parishes who are subscribed to physical boxes as of the last day of the previous month (January 31, May 31, September 30) through their parish subscription.

If I have Combo Support, will there be one box or two separate boxes? 

We will be shipping Life Support and Edge support materials in separate boxes at the same time starting in February 2025. 

How many boxes will our parish subscription receive?

With their subscription, annually, parishes receive 3 boxes for Edge Support, and 3 boxes for Life Support. To celebrate the new delivery schedule, each parish subscribed to Life Support will receive bonus resources in January to start the year. The January 2025 resources include a Life Night Planning Guide designed for the spring 2025 semester, spring retreat, and “Connect the Dots” training volume. The Kickstart resources coming out in January 2025 include a new Curriculum Guide Vol. 4, Connect Group Guide Vol. 5, and a spring retreat.

How do I know if my subscription includes any shipments?

Subscriptions that include physical shipments are Premium Support, Combo Support, Life Support, Kickstart Support, and Edge Support. You can check what subscription level you have if you are the Parish Owner of your account at resources.lifeteen.com by going to My Account, then clicking on My Subscriptions and looking at the Expiration Dates section. It should list the current subscriptions that you have and their expiration dates.

What else can I expect in the new delivery model?

As Life Teen continues to expand our support of parishes, while meeting the demand of material costs, you can anticipate an increase to our subscription prices for the first time in almost ten years.
