Deadline for Payment of Deposit: The $50 deposit will be due no later than two weeks after registering online. The remaining $210 (at the SUBSCRIBER DISCOUNT Rate) or $225 (at the Regular Rate) will be due by the Payment Deadline below.

Deadline for Payment of Final Balance: June 29th. Final Balances for subscriber discount and Regular Registrations that are not received by June 29th will be charged an additional $10/spot.

Meals Included: Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner. Many of the conference hotels include breakfast in the room rate. Be sure to check with your specific hotel.

Please note: Housing is not included in the registration fee. Group leaders are responsible for booking accommodations for their group.

The conference begins with a Traveler’s Mass at 4pm on Friday and ends at noon on Sunday.

If the deposit has not been paid online by credit card, a deposit check must be received in the Life Teen offices no more than 2 weeks after the date you registered online in order to secure spots.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits paid for dropped spots may not be applied to the final balance.

Final balance payments must be received in the Life Teen offices by June 29, 2026. A late fee of $10/spot will be applied to early bird and regular registrations that are not paid in full by June 29th.

For registrations submitted after June 29th, full payment must be submitted immediately.

The conference is for high-school aged youth. Youth participants must be age 18 or younger and incoming freshmen through just graduated seniors.

All youth must attend as part of a group with a group leader and chaperones.

Chaperones must be gender-specific.

The required chaperone to youth ratio is 2 chaperoneS for every 10 youth of that same gender (i.e. if 2 female and 6 male teens are attending, you must have 2 male and 2 female chaperones).

After the initial 10 youth and 2 chaperones of the same gender, you will need 1 chaperone for every 5 youth of the same gender.

*If you are within the Diocese of San Bernardino and your group is staying on campus, your group must consist of at least 2 chaperones per 6 youth of the same gender.

half of your chaperones must be 25 years of age or older, the remaining Chaperones must be 21 years of age or older. all chaperones must provide proof of completing your Diocesan Safe Environment requirements.

Cost for chaperones to attend is the same as youth. Chaperones should be included in your group’s number of spots.

The minimum group size required is at least 4 people, made up of 2 chaperones with 2 teens (all of the same gender).

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits paid for dropped spots may not be applied to the final balance.

Parishes may drop unneeded spots until June 29, 2026. The $50 deposit will be forfeited, but the remaining balance will not be owed.

Parishes will be held responsible for payment in full for all spots not dropped by June 29th.

Food Allergies

Food allergy information is collected via the online digital liability form. Participants with food allergies must fill out that online form prior to June 29th in order for their allergy to be accommodated at the conference.
