Goal of This Night To help teens recognize the symptoms of depression and anxiety disorders and give them tools to help themselves and peers experiencing depression or anxiety. Even if the teen is not having thoughts of suicide, there are trained mental health professionals available 24/7 to answer calls. – Depression and anxiety are places where we encounter a spiritual battle.
