The Life Night ends with a combined Break and Send that teaches mindfulness as a way to find peace for those who are struggling with diagnosed disorders or are going through a difficult period. Goal of This Night To help teens recognize the symptoms of depression and anxiety disorders and give them tools to help themselves and peers experiencing depression or anxiety.
