Mercy Jesus the Divine Mercy About this Life Night The Gather is a small group discussion that gets the teens thinking about the many aspects of forgiveness. The Proclaim discusses forgiveness and introduces the teens to the divine mercy message and image. During the Break, the teens move through stations to personally reﬂect on different aspects of the divine mercy message. The Send provides an explanation of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy and guides the teens in praying the chaplet together. Goal of This Night The goal of Mercy is to inspire the teens to offer and receive forgiveness and know that they can trust in Jesus’ mercy. It is important to forgive others who have wronged us and ask for forgiveness when we wrong others. • The message of divine mercy is that God loves us and wants us to recognize that His mercy is greater than our sins.
