Disrupted A Life Night on Making Room for Christ About This Life Night This Life Night begins with a lively Gather game that introduces the idea of needing to find a place to stay. The Proclaim challenges students to view Jesus as someone who disrupts our lives and to encourage teens to allow themselves to be disrupted by Jesus. The Break splits the teens into small groups where they can discuss how they can be disrupted by Jesus in their daily lives and in response to the refugee crisis. The Send is Las Posadas, a traditional Hispanic reenactment of the Nativity story, in which teens seek refuge, just as the Holy Family did in Bethlehem. Goal of This Night The goal of this Life Night is to challenge teens to deepen their Christmas season by encouraging them to be hospitable to Christ in their daily lives and in response to the worldwide refugee crisis.
