Saint Rose of Lima Church is looking for a Youth Ministry Director who will be responsible for implementing and leading a successful Life Teen & Edge program. Experience as director of youth ministry in a parish or other proven leadership experience, as well as experience with Life Teen is strongly preferred. A letter of recommendation from you pastor as well as two additional letters are required. This position includes frequent weekend and weeknight responsibilities. The ideal candidate is motivated, passionately Roman Catholic, ready to lead, an excellent communicator and proficient with computer programs as well as social media platforms. Bachelor’s degree in theology or catechesis preferred. St. Rose offers a competitive salary, benefits, vacation time, appropriate office space and is prepared to offer a relocation bonus.
