Holy Cross Parish in Mishicot seeks a faith-filled, enthusiastic individual to lead youth in grades 1-11 to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. The role includes coordinating Religious Education Program, Confirmation preparation and youth ministry to invite students to grow in their faith.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead Religious Education (RE) Program for grades 1-12
• Coordinate and support sacramental instruction including Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation
• Recruit, train, and support catechists and volunteers.
• Create engaging youth ministry opportunities for middle and high school students. Including faith nights for the youth of our community and parish at least once a month
• Lead or coordinate faith growing opportunities for elementary grade students including the yearly Totus Tuus summer week long program

Qualifications:
• Practicing Catholic with a strong personal faith and commitment to the mission of the Church.
• Bachelor’s degree in theology, religious studies, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred.
• Parish Religious Education experience or Youth Ministry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, volunteers, families, and parish partners.
• Comfortable using technology and social media for ministry communication.
• Must complete diocesan Safe Environment training and background check.

Salary range: $35,000 – $42,000, benefits available
