At Catholic Mission Trips, Inc., we are looking for young adult men and women on fire for Christ and leading people to Him. The ideal candidate is an inspirational Catholic witness, has zeal for souls, love for pastoral ministry, accompanying young adults, high school groups, has mission trip and youth ministry experience, supervisory experience, excellent communication, and time management skills, and confident and inspiring in public speaking and is at least 27 years of age. This position is open for the mission dates listed below and additional weeks are possible.

Compensation Package:

• Room and board
• Travel expenses while on mission
• A weekly stipend of $400

Mission Team Leaders:

• Preach the Gospel & share about the mighty works of God in CMT with one’s parish, family, schools, community, workplace, and local business owners to contribute financially
• Oversee week-long mission trips
• Lead a team of young adult CMT missionaries
• Empower team members
• Make decisions and delegate tasks
• Ensure safety on the work sites
• Oversee the evening program
• Communicate with group leaders
• Collect paperwork
• Maintain the budget
• Other tasks as needed
• Pastorally accompany youth ministers
• Discern spiritual needs for the mission
