Position Summary: 

The Fulfillment Apprentice will serve from mid-May to mid-August to support Life Teen’s summer operations related to fulfillment and event stores. This position performs basic warehousing and coordinates all retail and event outreach efforts in the summer event stores, including CYMC, LTLC and Life Teen hosted Steubenville Conferences. This role is key in the efficiency of sales and product movement as he or she assists the Fulfillment Coordinator in organizing all outbound and return shipments.

The position will be based at our Life Teen Camp Hidden Lake in Dahlonega, GA, where our fulfillment center is located. Housing is provided at camp, living in community with other camp staff. It also involves frequent travel to coordinate the summer event stores.

Essential Ministry Functions:

• Inventory, organize, and ship return merchandise to Fulfillment warehouse.
• Assist in the general organization of Fulfillment facility.
• Establish event store environment and customer experience for each conference in collaboration with the Events Team and Fulfillment Coordinator.
• Confirm staffing for store with appropriate team leaders and event coordinators.
• Conduct on site inventory management to confirm resource arrival and “load out” inventory; and conduct loss management procedures to ensure accurate inventory and sales numbers.
• Coordinate shipping to and from conference site using effective, secure, and timely means.
• Make each POS a part of the customer journey from consumer to co-missionary.
