Program Coordinator, Newman Catholic Center, Sacramento
The Diocese of Sacramento seeks a passionate, dedicated, team oriented individual for the position of Program Coordinator of the Newman Catholic Center, Sacramento.
The Program Coordinator assists the Director in the administrative tasks of the center, creates and implements programming, empowers leadership, provides pastoral care and accompaniment, and leads outreach to college students. The ideal candidate is positive, joyful, flexible, team oriented, and invested in the ongoing formation and development of college students and their relationship with Jesus Christ. Self-starting with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development are essential (College Degree preferred). This is a full time, hourly position with benefits. Position is open until filled.
The Newman Centers in the Diocese of Sacramento are transitional student communities that support and empower college student leaders to make disciples of Jesus. The Newman Catholic Center is part of the Office of Youth & Young Adult Ministry that exists to build up a church that shares God’s love with the young through relevance, cultivating servant leadership, accompaniment, and living authentic Christian community.
