What You’ll Do

• Identify and assess the leadership needs and challenges of pastors and coach them through behavioral transformation
• Artfully coach them and their teams to become more joyful and effective leaders using Patrick Lencioni’s consulting approach
• Propose and coach towards workable solutions to problems
• Lead trainings for groups of pastors and lay leaders
• Lead small cohorts of pastors to build brotherhood and practical guidance
• Lead virtual offsites with pastors and leaders to achieve clear vision and strategy
• Facilitate Q&A sessions for pastors and parish leaders
