Online Volunteer’s Role:-

• Provide leadership to youth ministry which includes all programs and activities, along with corresponding to the youths’ parents.
• Organize regular monthly meetings with your co-workers and volunteers to pray and plan for Youth Ministry
• Be proactive in bringing creativity into the youth ministry, help in develop new programs, events, and regular activities to disciple youth for Christ and society
• Create teaching schedules (in a timely manner), implement, and communicate with youth workers

• Ability to connect with those who are new to the church
• Respond promptly to emails, voicemails, and text messages
• Strong organizational and proven leadership skills
• Highly motivated
• Ability to inspire and mobilize ministry teams
• Spiritually mature
