DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about your Catholic faith and eager to make a difference in the lives of young people? The Office of Youth Ministry (OYM) is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for a Summer 2026 Internship. This hands-on opportunity offers the chance to grow spiritually and professionally while supporting the mission of OYM to empower youth to live as disciples of Jesus Christ.
Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
• Assist with event logistics, including planning and preparation for key events such as the Steubenville St. Louis Mid-America Youth Conferences.
• Manage databases, organize files, and provide office support.
• Represent OYM on social media, through email communication, and at events.
• Participate in team prayer, meetings, and collaborative projects.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Commitment to the mission of the Catholic Church and the vision of OYM.
What You’ll Gain:

• Professional and spiritual growth in a supportive Catholic environment.
• Opportunities to serve at impactful events like Steubenville Conferences and Totus Tuus Fridays.
Job Requirements
Key Details:
• Internship Dates: May 19, 202 – July 25, 2026.
• Location: Regular office hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; some evenings and weekends required.
• Key Events: Attend and assist with Steubenville Volunteer Evening Meeting (TBD), support Totus Tuus events on Fridays, and serve as staff for Steubenville Conferences
(July 8–13 & July 16–21 at Missouri State University in Springfield, MO).
