The Steubenville Youth Conferences, an outreach of Franciscan University of Steubenville, are a series of 24 conferences across North America that help teens encounter the love of Christ every summer. Each summer, Life Teen hosts several Steubenville Youth Conferences with the hopes of strengthening and inspiring teens and youth groups in their collective journeys to Christ.

Downloadable discussion questions and activities accompany each session, as well, to ensure that your leaders not only see and hear the training but distill it down to practical and foundational steps they can implement within your parish youth ministry programs

We are seeking an individual whose relationship with Jesus is fully alive: personal, on-fire, effusively life changing, and contagious. The ideal candidate has the heart to form and equip teen disciples and the proven ability to build meaningful relationships with, minister to, and accompany a diverse array of high school students and their parent into a living relationship with Christ and His Church. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of the faith, including the ability to use exegesis to proclaim the gospel and apologetics to unpack the church’s teachings.
-Recruit and provide on-going training and support to a volunteer core team who assists you in accompanying young people to seek, know, and become Christ.
-Plan and execute Life Teen nights and retreats in conjunction with your core team.
-Coordinate parish sacrament of Confirmation preparation.
-Work with your fellow student minister to plan social events, teen Masses, and summer trips (Life Teen Camp and Domestic Mission Trip).

-A degree in theology, religious studies, or related field or about to graduate with a degree is required. Candidates with experience at a parish, as a missionary, or through an internship are preferred.
-Experience with volunteer management, specifically: recruiting, training, and coaching.
-Ability to communicate professionally verbally and in writing with students, parents, volunteers, staff, and parishioners.
-Creative eye for producing promotional materials, as well as an attention to detail.
-A candidate with experience leading praise and worship music would be a blessing to our teens.
St. Dominic Catholic Parish, located in Brookfield, WI, is home to 2000+ families.
