Description

The Director of Youth Ministry is a full-time position focusing primarily on high school youth, middle school youth, their families, and those who minister to them. The role would look effectively expand and cultivate an already present youth ministry program and environment. The youth ministry program uses Life Teen’s resources to uniquely adapt and apply their resources to the culture of the youth. The ideal candidate would be a humble leader who uses the parishioners who fully support the youth program and the CORE team to help direct the youth program.

Since our Ministry’s founding in 2003, we have been determined to make an impact in the lives of every teenager who walks through our doors. The fundamental aspect of our efforts is to bring our CORE Team’s faith, experiences, and passion to the range of activities we are developing for the youth. Our CORE Team’s are built on a humble and hungry attitude in order to bring the faith to every teenager’s heart.
