Title: Director of Youth Ministry

Department: Faith Formation

Reports To: Director of Faith Formation and Evangelization

St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church in Acworth has an immediate full-time position for a Director of Youth Ministry . It is our belief that High School and Middle School students are not just the church of the future, but the church of today. Our goal is to show our youth radical hospitality creating a space in which they can encounter Jesus in a personal way. The Director of Youth Ministry will be responsible for overseeing the Edge middle school program as well as the Life Teen high school program and will provide additional support to the Confirmation program. This involves coordinating with volunteers, building and training core teams, planning dynamic youth events and teaching Catholic faith and morals while sharing the love of Christ through relational ministry. They will also have exceptional communication and organizational skills.
