With the support of the Executive Director, this position will play a key role in outlining a renewed vision for youth ministry and leading our efforts to implement this vision across the Archdiocese. In addition to crafting and implementing vision, this position is responsible for shepherding, with the robust support of the team, the continued growth of our world class youth conferences (Steubenville of the Rockies, ~2,500 high schoolers and Mountain Madness, ~1,000 local middle schoolers).
Though sufficient experience leading parish youth ministry is necessary, we are prioritizing finding a thought leader who can help us reimagine ministry to young people.
